Timed Entry Tickets & Admission Rates 

• To Secure Your Spot: All guests, including Kingwood members and children of all ages, must reserve Timed Entry Tickets online or by phone 
• Admission Rates: 

• Non-Members: $8 for ages 19+, $5 for ages 7–18, free for children 6 and under 

• Kingwood Members: Complimentary Admission for those listed on the membership, with valid membership card shown at entry.

• Timed Entry Arrival Window: When selecting your Timed Entry Ticket, you will choose a half-hour arrival window during which you must arrive. For example, a 6:00 PM ticket allows for arrival between 6:00 and 6:30 PM. Please allow ample time for parking and check-in at the Linden Gate (Address 60 South Linden Road Mansfield OH 44906) . Entry outside of your reserved window may be delayed or denied based on ticket availability. Timed Entry Ticketing allows for a better guest experience and parking availability.
• Parking: Street parking is available. Handicap parking spaces will be marked off closer to the gate. Drop-offs at the gate are allowed as well, please respect other drivers and do not take extra time, drop off and move on. The Mansfield Senior High parking lot is also available for extra parking. 
• Tickets: We recommend screenshotting your tickets in case of poor/no internet due to the high volume of guests.    
• Enjoy the Event at Your Own Pace: Departure times are not scheduled, so you’re welcome to explore the gardens at your own pace once checked in. 
• No Refunds: Kingwood is an all-weather venue.   

 Important Information for Kingwood Members 

• Pre-Registration for members: Members are asked to pre-register their admission
• Identification Required: Members must show their membership card or photo ID at check-in. 
• Complimentary Tickets Per Visit: The number of complimentary tickets available per visit is based on your current membership level: 

• Individual Membership: 1 adult per visit 

• Dual Membership: 2 individuals per visit 

• Family Level and Above: 2 individuals and up to 6 children/grandchildren (18 and under) per visit
